Anime 5E Beyonder Worlds Holiday Gift and Fulfilment

Hi everyone. Although there were some unforeseen delays with a handful of US backers, everyone should either have their Anime 5E Beyonder Worlds physical rewards by now, or at least a tracking number indicating when the package is arriving. [The exception to this is Canadian backers. Canada Post workers have only recently been ordered back to work, and we have been advised to wait a few extra days before sending backer packages through the system due to the month-long backlog. We’ll get the Canadian pledges in the mail before Christmas, but transit times are a little unpredictable during this tumultuous time.]

Anime 5E Beyonder Worlds US Fulfilment Delay

Hi everyone. We just heard from the US warehouse that there were a few unexpected fulfilment delays this week, and unfortunately the rewards for a few dozen backers won’t be shipped until next week. See Update #20 for additional information about this.
We are very sorry for this slight delay and appreciate your patience if your rewards haven’t been processed yet. Thanks for sticking with us.
Anime 5E Beyonder Worlds US Fulfilment Update

Here’s an update for US backers of Anime 5E Beyonder Worlds:
Due to the Thanksgiving holiday last week, most (but not all) reward were shipped as expected. Tracking numbers are generated by the warehouse at the beginning of the fulfilment process, well before orders are packaged and shipped. You may have received an email with your tracking number, but it indicates “Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item” in the system. his is normal and you don't need to follow up with us at this time.
The warehouse has assured us that all remaining US rewards will be in the mail this week. Canadian rewards are still awaiting resolution of the Canada Post strike. International rewards should begin fulfilling soon since the products have cleared customs and should be in the EU warehouse shortly.

Quick Anime 5E Beyonder Worlds Shipping Update

Happy Friday, backers! Some quick fulfilment updates:
- US fulfilment has begun and should be completed within the next week (before Thanksgiving)
- Canadian fulfilment is ready to begin next week, but is delayed until the postal strike is resolved
- Products for EU and international fulfilment is currently in Germany customs. Once it clears (unsure how long that will take, but hopefully soon), we expect fulfilment to be finished shipping in December.
Tracking email will be sent if everything proceeds as planned, so watch your inbox. Of course, sometimes these emails don’t make it to you, but we try.
Although fulfilment is ahead of schedule – not the first time for our campaigns, fortunately! – we know you’ve been waiting patiently since you received your digital rewards, and we greatly appreciate all your support.

The Ships Have Landed – Anime 5E Beyonder Worlds Freight Update

Happy Monday, backers! Just a brief shipping update today. The Anime 5E Beyonder Worlds expansions have completed their ocean voyage from the printer and they have landed in the US port.
The products still need to clear customs and make their way to the warehouse before rewards are shipped to individual backers, though. Looking at historical trends, we expect this clearance and trucking process to happen within the three-four weeks, which means US fulfilment in November – ahead of schedule.
The Canadian, EU, and international shipments will take a few weeks longer since the products need to be redirected to local warehouses first – so December fulfilment is expected. Like all things shipping related, we won’t know until we know.
We’ll post another update when we have a projected timeline for reward shipping. Until then, thanks for your continued patience!
